Therapy for Neurodivergent & LGBTQIA+ Adults
Los Angeles and across California. Support for trauma, burnout, anxiety, chronic illness, and the parts of you that are ready for something deeper.
Finding ease…
…isn’t always easy.
You’ve been carrying a lot. From the outside, it may look like you’re managing. You show up. You get things done. You keep going.
But inside, you may feel anxious, exhausted, disconnected, numb, or stretched thin. Maybe you’ve spent years pushing through environments that left little room for your needs, your body, or your full self. Maybe you’re navigating trauma, identity stress, chronic pain, illness, heartbreak, or a life that no longer feels sustainable.
I hear you. You’re not alone.
Hi, I’m Resha.

Many of my clients have already done therapy before. They’ve learned tools, gained insight, and worked hard to feel better. That can be meaningful support. And sometimes, something deeper is still asking for attention.
My work is relational, somatic, and depth-oriented. Together, we explore the patterns, experiences, and protective strategies that once helped you survive but may no longer be serving you now. We move at a pace that honors safety, trust, and your lived experience.
The goal isn’t to fix you. It’s to help you feel more connected, empowered, and at home in yourself.
